一(yi)般,選(xuan)用質量上(shang)(shang)乘的傳動(dong)(dong)帶(dai)、適當地張緊同(tong)(tong)步(bu)帶(dai)和提(ti)(ti)高(gao)同(tong)(tong)步(bu)輪的精(jing)度(du)(du)可以顯(xian)著提(ti)(ti)高(gao)傳動(dong)(dong)精(jing)度(du)(du)。當然,如(ru)果(guo)是多級減(jian)(jian)速裝(zhuang)置,傳動(dong)(dong)精(jing)度(du)(du)由于傳動(dong)(dong)比i的存在(zai)而減(jian)(jian)小(xiao)。所謂(wei)半閉(bi)環是指反饋單元(yuan)裝(zhuang)在(zai)電機上(shang)(shang),而傳動(dong)(dong)單元(yuan)沒有(you)反饋,這(zhe)樣(yang)設(she)備(bei)能達到的精(jing)度(du)(du)就取決于傳動(dong)(dong)本身的精(jing)度(du)(du)和控制(zhi)系統精(jing)度(du)(du)。
傳(chuan)動(dong)帶傳(chuan)動(dong)配有(you)(you)光(guang)柵(zha)尺的情況:光(guang)從理論上(shang)講(jiang),光(guang)柵(zha)精(jing)(jing)度(du)和控制(zhi)精(jing)(jing)度(du)能達到(dao)多(duo)少,傳(chuan)動(dong)精(jing)(jing)度(du)就有(you)(you)多(duo)少,設備(bei)可以做到(dao)很(hen)高(gao)的精(jing)(jing)度(du),但實(shi)際上(shang),由于(yu)同步帶終(zhong)究是一(yi)個彈性(xing)體,它在(zai)高(gao)速(su)起(qi)、停、反轉時一(yi)定(ding)會(hui)有(you)(you)“蛇(she)形運動(dong)”現(xian)象(xiang),導致系(xi)統速(su)度(du)波動(dong),如果皮帶松一(yi)點,機器(qi)簡直就在(zai)抽搐。
